Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching programs and the significant up-front time investment in lab interpretation, protocol creation, and onboarding, we do not offer refunds once a program has begun.

If you have purchased a program and wish to cancel before any services have been rendered or lab kits ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative or processing fees.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of extenuating circumstances. Please contact us at support@thesleepdetective.com within 7 days of purchase to discuss your situation.

Digital Products & Courses:

Due to the instant access nature of digital content, all digital product sales (e.g., eBooks, courses, downloads) are final and non-refundable.

Lab Test Kits:

Once a lab test kit has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds for that portion of the service. If you choose not to complete the test, no refund will be issued.
